The Orchid Society of
Northern Transvaal will be hosting the
11th
Paphiopedilum symposium in Pretoria from
05 to 06 July 2008.
The
symposium will be held at the premises of THE BATTER BOYS in Montana
www.batterboys.co.za.

Keynote speakers:
Paul Phillips from Ratcliffs in England
Frank Smith from KrullSmith in Apopka Florida – USA
Ernst
Gunzenhauser from Switzerland

The
symposium will be held in conjunction with the SAOC’s 40th
birthday
celebration which will be in the form of a formal dinner at the same
venue on the evening of 05 July at 19h00 for 19h30.

•
The Paphiopedilum
symposium registration fee is R350.00 pp, which includes coffee/tea
for the day as well as a light luncheon, attendance of the symposium
and proceedings.
•
The SAOC dinner will be
an additional R150.00 pp for the evening.

commercial growers who would like to sell Paphiopedilum plants at
the venue should contact Charles Thompson ASAP)
